Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-2 business days, after which your order will be delivered within 2-3 days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the delivery location. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: THC India Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and any other charges.
Damages: THC India Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We are currently shipping to limited countries outside India. Shipping charges and delivery estimates will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that THC India Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at THC India Store
Returns: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please note that this policy applies only to selected items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging, and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the amount within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
